Nous allons ouvrir le sac de fruits en dose unique qui nous pla\u00eet le plus, directement du cong\u00e9lateur, et le verser dans le mixeur.<\/p>\n\n<p>2. Ajouter 250 ml de <strong>jus de pomme sans sucre ajout\u00e9<\/strong>. Nous recommandons le jus de pomme car il n&rsquo;alt\u00e8re ni le go\u00fbt ni la couleur de votre smoothie.<\/p>\n\n<p>3. Nous couvrons notre machine \u00e0 r\u00e2per et nous r\u00e2pons tous nos ingr\u00e9dients pendant quelques minutes. <strong>30 secondes<\/strong>, (si l&rsquo;on veut qu&rsquo;il reste un petit morceau de fruit), <strong>60 secondes<\/strong>, (pour obtenir la texture id\u00e9ale du smoothie, <strong>c&rsquo;est la dur\u00e9e recommand\u00e9e <\/strong>pour une texture beaucoup plus liquide), ou 90 secondes (pour une texture beaucoup plus liquide). <\/p>\n\n<p>Et&#8230; c&rsquo;est fait !
